Outlook Express Settings

From the "Tools" menu, click on "Accounts".

A new window will open. After choosing the relevant E-Mail address, click on to Properties from the side menu

Finally, Go to the Advanced tab; For the Outgoing Mail enter "25" and for the Incoming Mail enter "110". Click "OK" and close all windows one by one.

Outlook 2003 Settings

From the "Tools" menu, click on "E-Mail Accounts".

Choose "View or change existing e-mail accounts" option and click "Next"




Outlook 2007 Settings

From the "Tools" menu, click on "Account Settings".

Choose the relevant account and click the "Change" button.

Click on the "More Settings" button.

Finally, Go to the Advanced tab; For the Outgoing Mail enter "25" and for the Incoming Mail enter "110". Click "OK" and close all windows one by one.

Outlook 2013 Settings

From the (File) menu, go to the Info section and click on to "Account Settings"

Choose the relevant account and click the "Change" button.

Click on the "More Settings" button.

Go to the "Outgoing Server" tab and make sure to choose "My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"

Finally, Go to the Advanced tab; For the Outgoing Mail enter "25" and for the Incoming Mail enter "110". Click "OK" and close all windows one by one.

The line may be cut off due to a faulty line or an unpaid bill. First of all, if there is an ADSL splitter installed, remove the splitter and test the modem directly with the phone line. If the problem still persist, the Telecommunications Office should be informed.

Shut off the modem and wait for 10 seconds. Check out the lights on the modem for 1-2 minutes. If the ADSL light is stable and the Internet light isn't turning on, it is likely the problem is with the settings of your modem or there is another system failure.
